Board of Directors
In accordance with the
Heep Chi Association By-Law, Directors of the Association,
including the Past President, were elected to form the Board of
Directors. The Directors of the Association are empowered to
administer the affairs of the Association in all things. President, Vice
President of Corporate, Vice President of Operations, Treasurer and
Secretary, were appointed by the Board to handle the management of the
Association together with the Past President.
